Very nice original lacquer Noblet soprano sax, serial number 11730. This is a true Beaugnier French-made soprano, and is in excellent shape. It's a fantastic horn for the budget conscious pro player needing a solid soprano sax without breaking the bank.
This Noblet features original lacquer on the body and original nickel plated keywork. The finish is all in great shape with only mild wear, typical of normal use. There's a couple tiny dings which we will remove before shipping, including a slightly-pushed thumbrest and minor bend in the bell flare. All will be corrected in our shop. Pads are sealing well with metal resonators, and these too will be checked by our repair team before the horn ships. We'll make sure everything is in tip-top shape.
This soprano plays with a clear, concise attack, and good response throughout the range of the instrument. It feels solid in your hands and has a nice heft, and the palm key layout is similar to what you'd find on a Selmer Mark VI. Ships in a hard case.
